We conducted managerial recruitment for Coty – one of the largest global cosmetics brands. We supported processes at various management levels, ensuring full matching of candidates to the organization's profile. Recruitment was long-term and strategic.
For Exadel, a company specializing in the IT industry, we carried out recruitment of technical specialists. The projects included the selection of mid and senior developers and HR support in the nearshoring model. We focused on precise matching of candidates to international project teams.
